Anneliese Louise van der Pol (born in the Netherlands) is an American performer and actress. Her fame is largely due to her theatre work, as Chelsea Daniels is on Disney Channel's That's So Raven. To promote an episode of Disneymania in the year 2006, van derPol performed the Disney Classic Candle on the Water. While playing the role of Belle van der Pol on broadway, she has recorded a number of songs featured in the production soundtrack. A song that she recorded is her iconic A Change in Me.
